I called to book a holiday with Wendy Wu. I have travelled with them a number of times before and always found the holidays to be very well organised.

Helpful and efficient and looked into several options

Very helpful and checked around to find best flights. Changed name to correct one immediately when informed it was incorrect.

Friendly efficient service

The tour looks great but we are only at the booking stage and while booking I put that we do not drink alcohol and would any concession be made on the price. I then got rather a curt email saying ‘ no drinks are included’ - which firstly is odd as it talks about being ‘ all inclusive and no extras!’ And most hotels I usually stay in include bottled water if the water is undrinkable and secondly and more importantly the 7 day river cruise clearly states in the detailed itinerary that local bear / wine and drinks are included . I sent this on to the email team and no response back . Now where I work I would not condescend to my customers / I would ensure I printed correct information and would feed back if I was wrong. I hope after the expense of the trip that this is not an indication of how they run the trip or will not be a memorable 30th weddings anniversary!

We had an excellent guide. She really cared for all of us. Timings were respected. Always made sure we enjoyed every minute of our schedule.
As you will notice I am going back next year to China!
